You can clean the green fungi from your top with Fabri-Klean and protect it with Canvas Shield.

It’s important to keep your top clean and dry. Usually, after applying Canvas Shield, all you need to do is rinse it clean with a garden hose and fresh water. If you need to wash it, use Fabri-Klean. It’s effective, safe to use, environment friendly and won’t remove the Canvas Shield protection.
